These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the H2O Water Purifiers website (Site), owned and operated by H2O international UK Ltd (H2O UK Ltd) and your relationship with H2O UK Ltd, we or us.

If H2O UK Ltd has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Site, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.

    Certain offers are only available for a limited period and while stocks last. If you order is received after the offer period or the goods are no longer available at the offer price, we will notify you before we dispatch the goods.

Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

H2O International UK Ltd shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

If any of these Terms and Conditions are held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Product Terms
Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which H2O International UK Ltd makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”).

Prices
The price of the products will be the price quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Availability
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you.

Acceptance
The purchase contract is made on ordering and paying for the goods and delivery. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the goods. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.

Delivery of Products
a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us. Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail or courier service.

  1. b) If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.

Returns of items
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. All of your purchases at https://www.h2opurifiers.co.uk  are covered by our 8-day money-back guarantee providing the Good/s are returned in the original packaging, be unused and in a saleable condition. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Any goods wishing to be returned outside the 8 day period and within 21 days will only be accepted by our written agreement and may be subject to a restocking fee up to a maximum of 20%.

The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

Any fees will be made clear at the time of authorising such returns on our part. This condition does not affect your rights on the return of faulty goods. Please e-mail or call our Customer Service Department within 8 days of the shipment date to receive authorisation and return instructions.

Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within three (3) days of receipt of the goods.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation and changes
Please notify cancellation and changes to your order by using our email form. If your order has not been processed then it will be possible to cancel or amend the order as requested. However, if the order has been processed and despatched, then you may wish to return the items for a full refund less any carriage charges incurred.

Payment
You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Payment must be given at the time of placing your order.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

General
These Product Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
